Utilizing her Psychology degree from the University of Central Florida, she brings a nurturing experience into her classes to ensure a mindful and healing practice. She wants to empower her students to feel comfortable and confident within their practice. We offer a range of styles including vinyasa flow, kundalini, & yin. Our mission is to teach accessible classes that welcome & inspire all students regardless of age, weight, race, gender, and sexual orientation.

Stephanie found a passion to teach with an intuitive and friendly attitude sharing modifications for all levels and body types. Inspirit Yoga Studio is a beginner friendly studio located inside Orlando School of Therapeutic Massage & Yoga. Following this time, Stephanie went on to do additional trainings focused on alignment for All Bodies, Thai Yoga, Ayurveda, Trauma-Grief-and Emotional Body Informed Yoga, and completing a 300-hr Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training in 2021 with Indra Yoga Institute.

Her passion for learning, teaching, and bringing balance into her life, lead her to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 with Inspirit Yoga School in Orlando, FL. Inspirit School of Healing Arts which was previously named Orlando School of Therapeutic Massage & Yoga is a rich and nurturing space for massage, yoga, holistic skin care and tattoo artist education. Later diagnosed with Lupus, Stephanie quickly found a deeper meaning and purpose within her yoga practice.

She began her yoga practice in 2009 to help ease her chronic hip and back pain. She created and currently teaches a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training Program and has graduated over 100 students.

Stephanie is the owner and creator of AmorZen Life and a 500hr certified Yoga Instructor with a focus in Ayurveda, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Social Justice. In 2013, Raven founded Inspirit Yoga Studio, a welcoming space that offers a variety of yoga classes & educational workshops.
